Product Introduction

The chemical structure of PDRN consists of low molecular weight DNA of 50 to 1 500 kDa. It consists of a linear polymer of deoxynucleotide with phosphodiester bond, in which monomer units are represented by purine and pyrimidine nucleotides. These polymer chains form a double helix spatial structure. More than 95% pure substances can be recovered in the process of extraction and purification. This is very important to ensure that there is absolutely no immune response. Sperm is the most suitable source for extracting highly purified DNA, and there is no risk of impurities such as peptides, protein and lipids. The introduction of PDRN into clinic is not new, and its amazing therapeutic effects include anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis, anti-osteoporosis, anti-melanogenesis, anti-abnormal pain, anti-osteonecrosis, bone regeneration, prevention of tissue injury, anti-ulcer, wound healing and scar prevention. The role of PDRN

1. Anti-inflammatory effect: PDRN induced anti-inflammatory reaction in mouse macrophage cell line RAW 264.7 stimulated by zoledronic acid and lipopolysaccharide, and in human chondrosarcoma cell line stimulated by interleukin 1 β (IL-1β). This shows that PDRN has anti-inflammatory properties, which is manifested by inhibiting inflammatory cytokines.
2. Collagen synthesis: Polynucleotides stimulate the combination of adenosine and A 2A receptor, thus promoting the synthesis of collagen.
3. Improve angiogenesis: PDRN has almost magical tissue repair characteristics. It can improve the skin repair process by significantly increasing the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), the main regulator of angiogenesis.
4. Inhibition of melanin production: PDRN significantly inhibited melanin synthesis in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, after PDRN treatment, the intracellular tyrosinase activity in Mel-Ab cells decreased significantly, and the melanocyte-induced transcription factor (MITF) and tyrosinase-related protein 1 (TRP-1) also decreased.
5. Improve skin texture: Studies show that PDRN can promote collagen synthesis, inhibit metalloproteinases and elastases, reshape extracellular matrix, and resist skin aging.
6. Treatment of hyperpigmentation: PDRN inhibits melanogenesis by inhibiting melanogenesis gene expression and tyrosinase activity, thus significantly inhibiting melanin synthesis. This shows that PDRN is a hypopigmentation agent and plays an important role in skin whitening.
7. Hair regeneration: There are two studies, which used autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or combined with 1927nm dot matrix laser combined with PDRN to treat androgenic alopecia, and achieved good results. From the observation of dermatoscope, PDRN not only promoted the increase of hair, but also significantly improved the inflammatory reactions such as scalp erythema.

Mechanism of PDRN

1. Activate adenosine A2 receptor
Adenosine activates four different adenosine receptors, namely A1, A2A, A2B and A3.
Among them, activation of A2A receptor can regulate inflammatory reaction and apoptosis process, and improve tissue repair and healing. Activation of A2A receptor will inhibit NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways activated by ROS, and then inhibit the release of various pro-inflammatory cytokines. Many studies have confirmed that adenosine A2A receptor is the specific target of PDRN.
2. Remedial ways
Damaged or hypoxic tissues usually cannot synthesize DNA "de novo".
At this time, the "remedial pathway" began to operate to recover bases and nucleosides produced by DNA and RNA decomposition. The recovered bases can then be converted into nucleotides and reintegrated into DNA.
PDRN accelerates the repair of damaged cells through such a remedial approach.
Studies have shown that PDRN protects cells from ultraviolet-induced DNA damage, which may be related to the initiation of "remedial pathway".
