Dipeptide -2 is a second-order peptide with two standard amino acids: valine and glutamic acid. The molecular structure of dipeptide -2 is similar to that of some lipids in epidermis, and it can bind moisture in skin to prevent skin dryness. It can inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme ACE, enhance eye lymphatic circulation, and promote water discharge, thus effectively eliminating edema and reducing eye bags. The amino acid compound is especially used for treating lacrimal sac and dark circles.

Function of dipeptide -2

Dipeptide -2 is mainly used as a skin conditioner. It is believed that it can also improve lymphatic circulation, so it is usually used in eye cream to remove dark circles and edema around the eyes. Many cosmetics manufacturers use it as a clinical proof to reduce bags under the eyes and edema. However, it is difficult to find any published (unbiased) "clinical" data to support this statement. However, all doubts revolve around whether it has the effect of eliminating edema, but the amino acid structure of this ingredient is indeed an effective skin conditioner. Mechanism of action of dipeptide -2

The skin gradually loses its elasticity and muscle function weakens, which makes the skin around the eyes relax and forms bags under the eyes. Excessive accumulation of water in eyelid is eyelid edema. Dipeptide -2 can improve eye edema and remove dark circles. It is an effective angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Usage and suggested dosage of dipeptide -2
