Add 20 times of 85%~95% ethanol and 1% of activated carbon, or add an appropriate amount of methanol to dissolve, add 0.1% of activated carbon, heating reflux for 1 hour, filter, concentrate the filtrate to 60%~80% of the original volume, let stand to precipitate crystallization, filter, the resulting crystallization was washed with 45% ethanol 5 times, at 50~80℃ vacuum drying. Take the crystal, add the right amount of water, with 30% arginine solution or 10% sodium bicarbonate solution to adjust the pH value to 7.0~7.5, heating to dissolve, centrifugal, take the supernatant, filter, filtrate through the large pore adsorption resin (polystyrene type) column, water elution, collect eluent, filter; Or use 5% hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 1~3, let it stand, filter it, wash precipitation with water to neutral, take precipitation, add appropriate amount of water to stir, heat, use 20%~30% disodium phosphate solution to adjust the pH value to 6.5~7, boil, cool to 35~55℃; Concentrate under pressure, add 8~10 times the amount of acetone, stir well, stand, filter, wash precipitation with acetone. Take the precipitate, add an appropriate amount of 50%~70% acetone solution to make suspension, adjust the pH value with 10% hydrochloric acid solution to 1~2, stand, filter. Take the precipitate, wash with water for injection until neutral, then wash with 90% ethanol, dry, ready
