3) For defoaming treatment, the foam separated in Step 2 is imported into the storage container, and then the polyether defoaming agent is added, and the corresponding heating device is used to heat the defoaming agent to ensure that the temperature of the defoaming agent is between 30℃ and 40℃, and finally the potato protein extract separation solution is obtained;

4) Evaporation filtration, the specific steps are as follows;
